ABOUT
Camp Confidence is a non-profit, day camp for individuals, ages 3-21, with disabilities. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and enriching summer camp experience that empowers children and young adults with disabilities to build confidence, independence, friendships, and lifelong memories. We strive to create a community where every camper is valued, supported, and celebrated for their unique strengths and abilities. We are able to make the camp week happen because of people and businesses who donate time, money and supplies to our organization. Camp Confidence is held in June at the Treasure Lake KOA and busing is provided to campers and volunteers. During the week, campers rotate through five stations; Arts 'n Crafts, Sunshine Corner, Gym, Music, and Nature Studies, and participate in additional activities, such as swimming, hiking, or fishing with their counselor in the afternoon.
